Refund & Return Policy

1. General Return Eligibility

LEGO Sets (Sealed Collectibles)
All LEGO sets are sold as final sale. Due to the collectible, limited-quantity nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed, except in cases of damage, defect, or a shipping error on our part (see Section 5).

Buc-ee's Merchandise (Apparel, Drinkware, Accessories)
Eligible non-food items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided they meet the conditions in Section 2.

Buc-ee's Food Items (e.g. Beaver Nuggets)
Due to health and safety standards, food items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, spoiled, or defective. Please inspect food items immediately upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if there's an issue.

Non-refundable categories (all reasons other than damage/defect):

• LEGO Sets (final sale)
• Buc-ee's food/snack items (final sale)

2. Return Conditions (Buc-ee's Non-Food Merchandise Only)

• Proof of Purchase: All returns require an order confirmation or order number from your receipt email.
• Condition of Items: Must be returned unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible non-food merchandise returns, unless the item is damaged, defective, or the error was ours.

3. Initiating a Return

• Email info@thevaultdrops.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may be requested.
• Once approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number — required before shipping anything back.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (in which case shipping cost is added to any refund and no restocking fee applies).
• Items returned without prior authorization may be refused and sent back at the sender's expense.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving and approving the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item:
  1. Submit a return request within the eligible window
  2. Return the item unused/unworn with tags attached
  3. Once approved, your refund is issued
  4. Place a new order for the item you want

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

This applies across all categories, including LEGO sets and food items, regardless of final-sale status.

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photos of the issue.
• Retain original packaging until the issue is resolved.
• We will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on availability.
• For damaged food items, do not consume the product — contact us first.

6. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled only if fulfillment has not yet begun. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
• Once an order is marked as processing or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process (where applicable).

7. Exceptions and Exclusions

• Final Sale Items: LEGO sets, food/snack items, clearance, and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective.
• Gift Returns: If you received an item as a gift, contact us — gift returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back without an RA number may be refused and returned to sender at their own expense.

8. Policy Updates

THE VAULT reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page — please check back periodically.
